Recommendation works by taking all of your product's chemical profiles and comparing them to our custom algorithm to determine each product's effects. When your customer tells BeSmoke how they want to feel, our system compares their sensory input to each of your products and determines which ones are the best match for them.
Our system is trained on hundreds of thousands of data points, including customer feedback paired with product chemical profiles. We then sanity check all of our results against the entire known body of recognized cannabis science papers.
What do I need for Recommendation to work?

What sort of analytics do I get back from Recommendation?

Yes, however, please double check with your local regulators before implementing Recommendation. The State of Ohio required specific changes to the system before approving for retail use, and your state might as well. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are following all local regulations.
How does Recommendation fit in with our dispensary operations?
Recommendation is currently used in dispensaries in a variety of ways. For example, most of our customers provide a tablet for their customers to interact with directly, and some of our customers keep Recommendation behind the counter for their budtenders to use.
